JOB DESCRIPTION
• Primary contact for external SDI Client Managers ordering GMS services
• Input and manage orders placed by external SDI Client Managers
• Schedule and assign orders to Global Media Services resources
• Prioritize orders against capacity to meet production due dates
• Manage client expectations regarding due dates, issues, on-boarded platforms and GMS capabilities.
• Change management and issue resolution while a project is in progress, you will communicate with client managers, the GMS production manager and operations team to ensure the order is completed correctly and on schedule.
• Identify gaps to help improve procedures and processes.
• Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Detail-oriented, capable of multi-tasking, and be self-directed with proven ability to prioritize tasks
• Must be resourceful, adaptable, and be able to work in a constantly changing environment
